As someone from South Korea, I have always been used to fast warranty service and customer support.

To be honest, I had a prejudice that dealing with an overseas company would be slow and that I probably would not be fully satisfied because there are so many customers around the world.

However, after my problem occurred, I was truly impressed by how you handled everything—from your response, to the way you managed the situation, and finally to the solution you offered.

I spent about two weeks deciding whether to purchase my Armytek flashlight, and then another two weeks waiting for it to arrive. Now I truly feel that it was worth both the time and the wait.

Other than the official discount code, I have not received any extra products or special compensation from Armytek. Even so, I genuinely appreciate the way you have treated me.

I will continue to recommend Armytek to my friends and coworkers, and I believe I will continue using your products for many years.

This is about the Zippy. It's the second-smallest and lightest headlamp I could find, with the lightest (Nitecore NU05) being deficient in too many ways, so the Zippy is much better. The Zippy has well-chosen brightness levels (the max level shouldn't be used much) and replacing the battery looks at least somewhat feasible if you can solder. The headband is wide and comfortable but therefore heavier than it needs to be, a trade-off. I might swap it out for some shock cord. The light uses the older micro-USB charging port. Armytek should update this to the current USB-C but for now I use an adapter, not too bad. The light is also a little bit larger than it needs to be: some clever rearrangement of the internals could save a little space. My main gripe is that the headlamp bracket is held to the light using a rather strong magnet. For outdoor use I prefer gear without magnets, since they mess up navigation devices such as compasses, and also magnetize other gear in your pack, spreading the issue. I think it's impossible to remove this magnet and still use the mount. There's also a second magnet that's safely removable, so I don't consider that one to be a problem. I don't understand the recent trend of magnets in flashlights. I've never found them useful, especially for headlamps which are already hands-free by definition. Other than that it's a nice light. Because of the above issues, 1 star is deducted.

Since last year, I’ve really gotten into Armytek products. Starting with the Wizard C2 Pro Max (White version), I’ve purchased a total of eight Armytek lights so far. I’ve been consistently satisfied, but there are a few additional features I’d love to see.
Based on the Elf C1 USB-C model, I think it would be great to have a high-CRI LED version, as well as a dual-channel version that combines high-CRI, red, and green LEDs. It would also be fantastic if the package included a comfortable, elastic rubber neck lanyard or a waxed leather one so it can be worn around the neck.

I bought an ARMYTEK WIZARD C2 PRO MAGNET USB flashlight.
First of all, I would like to note the unsurpassed quality of the product, namely:
1. Build quality
2. Flashlight kit. There are mounts to attach to your head, head or bike. Spare parts such as cover gaskets are available.
3. Ease of control and switching between modes.
4. Durability and reliability. During operation, it did not crumble either onto the concrete floor or into the water. Thanks to the assembly and double gasket on the lantern cover, it effectively withstands the stated loads.
5. Holds the battery charge according to the stated characteristics.
6. I would especially like to note the high-quality tactical mode, namely the strobe light. In addition to a conveniently sized flashlight that fits well, a strobe light will be an additional assistant in extreme situations.
7. It is convenient to charge either from USB using any power supply, or by removing the 18650 battery separately.

Of the minuses, it is very difficult to cancel anything, since the flashlight really lives up to all expectations.
Since I also purchased an ARMYTEK DOBERMANN PRO MAGNET USB flashlight, I can note the only negative for myself:
1. Flashlights of the WIZARD and DOBERMANN series have different connectors for connecting the charger cable. Now that I take two flashlights with me, I have to take two chargers with me.

Otherwise, I am 100% satisfied with the flashlight.
I recommend ARMYTEK products to everyone.

Great product! I've used the Wizards C2 for more than a year now, It's been through the worst of man-handling and still works 100%. Minor scratches and dents after many drops from 2+ meters. The magnetic base is awesome!. I've ordered 2 extra Wizards recently for my wife and a friend...
Also, great customer service! I entered the wrong shipping address by accident and the friendly Armytek team help retrieve the package and send to the correct address.
